The forthcoming movie Deadpool & Wolverine promises to have plenty of cameos. There are already speculations circulating around a potential Michael B. Jordan cameo. Jordan posted a scene from the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer on his Instagram Stories. It’s possible that the actor is merely excited about the movie and wants to share the teaser with his Instagram fans. Hugh Jackman, however, added three heart emojis to the post and uploaded it to his own Instagram Stories. Some on social media are certain that Jordan and Jackman are implying to a covert cameo in the film, although it’s possible that Jackman is just expressing his gratitude for the post.
Regarding Jordan’s possible role in the film, no official statements have been made. He may play some of the Marvel characters he has already portrayed again. It may be as Killmonger after his roles in the animated series What If…? and the Black Panther films. Jordan may also make an appearance as his own Johnny Storm from the Fantastic Four film from 2015. Of course, until the film opens in theaters, it is impossible to predict with certainty who will feature. There have been a ton of stories floating around regarding celebrities or characters who may make an appearance, and you never know which ones might be genuine. Director Shawn Levy would not specify which of the rumors that have leaked are true, but he hinted that some of them may be.
Levy stated on The Jess Cagle Show, “I love the proliferation of casting rumors on the internet because I never have to say what’s real and what’s fantasy.” For that reason, I’m simply going to go with the cliched “no comment” on everything casting related to Deadpool 3. We’re lucky on this one, I’ll admit that. Is this a satisfactory response? While the majority of online rumors are untrue, some aren’t.”
