Daniel Radcliffe, the hero of the Harry Potter film series, responded to the speculation that his recent physical change indicates he is vying to play Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. During an interview, Daniel Radcliffe addressed rumours circulated by fans that he has been bulking up to replace Hugh Jackman’s character Wolverine in Deadpool 3. In response to a question about why he bulked up, Radcliffe jokingly ruled out the notion, citing Marvel’s long-planned X-Men film and Deadpool 3. “No,” he responded when asked if he was becoming bigger without a purpose. Sure, Laughs: My parents are crazy fitness enthusiasts, so you can imagine how obsessed I am and how I got buff. That was merely handed down, but Wolverine, no. Thank you, but no.” Radcliffe is a favourite among many fan casts to portray Logan in the MCU because of his acting prowess and physical attributes. Radcliffe’s naked appearance in the Season 4 finale of his TBS comedy series Miracle Workers contributed to the spread of these rumours. Furthermore, according to source Daniel Richtman, Radcliffe has been cast in the threequel Deadpool 3, where he may play a hidden role with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.

After announcing his comeback to the role in September of last year with Reynolds, Jackman announced his departure from the role of Wolverine and confirmed his involvement in Deadpool 3. Photos taken behind the scenes during the making of the next superhero picture revealed Jackman playing the fierce character for the first time since 2017’s Logan, complete with comic-accurate Wolverine outfit. Reynolds, along with Morena Baccarin and Karan Soni, will return to the character of Wade Wilson, better known as the “Merc With a Mouth.” Not only is actor Daniel Radcliffe a rumoured surprise inclusion in Deadpool 3, but singer Taylor Swift has also been connected. In addition to being the lead actor in Miracle Workers, Radcliffe has provided several voiceovers for Mulligan and Digman! Most recently, he starred in the film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story as “Weird Al” Yankovic. Radcliffe has unavoidably been connected to a potential comeback in HBO’s forthcoming Harry Potter revival series. He did, however, publicly express doubt that he will show up because the remake will have a whole new cast.
