The most recent fan-concocted casting suggestion that has gone viral for Henry Cavill envisions the actor as the Marvel villain Magneto. Magneto had a makeover for X-Men ’97. He now has long, white hair and a big “M” printed on the front of his outfit. Popular digital artist BossLogic posted a picture of brand-new artwork showing Henry Cavill as this version of Magneto in a live-action setting after the animated show’s debut. Cavill already had the perfect hairdo for the character thanks to his appearance in The Witcher, and some fans find it intriguing to see him in the role. You may see the post below.

Henry Cavill has not yet joined the MCU, despite becoming one of the most well-liked actors portraying Superman throughout his time in the DCEU. For a long time, a lot of fans have been seeing Cavill play various Marvel characters, such as Sentry, Hyperion, Wolverine, and Hercules. The most often proposed role for Cavill is that of Captain Britain, which the actor has expressed interest in playing. It would be a tonne of fun to create a hip, contemporary version of Captain Britain, similar to how Captain America was updated, as I have access to the internet and have read the different rumours about him. I do love being British, and there’s something exciting about that,” Cavill remarked in an interview.

In the meanwhile, Cavill may portray another DC character in the future. Although Cavill was first tapped to play a character from that universe, the DCU chose David Corenswet to play the new Superman. He’s keeping himself occupied in the interim by working on other projects. This also contains an upcoming Warhammer 40K conversion. His next project is The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, a Guy Ritchie film that opens in theatres on April 19. It stars Alan Ritchson and will mark his big screen comeback. X-Men ’97 is an extension of the original X-Men: The Animated Series animation from the 1990s, with a few character makeovers. A new voice for Magneto is one among the casting alterations that have recently occurred. Magneto’s current voice actor is Matthew Waterson, replacing the late David Hemblen, who portrayed the character until his death in 2020.
