Natalie Holt confirms her work for “Loki” Season 2

Natalie Holt’s return to write the music for Marvel’s “Loki” Disney+ series’ 2nd season, was officially announced in July of last year. British composer Holt, who has won several awards, had her education at both the National Film & Television School and the Royal Academy of Music in London. Her work on Phyllida Lloyd’s Herself and Claudia Llosa’s Fever Dream on Netflix is what made her most well-known. Along with Paddington, Loki, Batgirl, Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+, and The Princess on Hulu/Star, she also contributed to the soundtrack for these films.

Holt recently revealed on social media that she is composing the music for “Loki” Season 2. Below is a link to that post:

The second season’s plot is being kept under wraps. All six episodes’ writers will be Eric Martin. Most of the episodes for “Loki” Season 2 will be co-directed by Moon Knight filmmakers Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Season 2 will be executive produced by Hiddleston and Season 1’s showrunner and writer, Michael Waldron. As Loki, Tom Hiddleston will be back. The second season of “Loki” has also been announced for Owen Wilson, who portrayed Mobius in the first season. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who performed the role of Ravonna Renslayer in Season 1, also informed GMA that she would be coming back.

Although a precise release date has not yet been specified, the second season is anticipated to debut on Disney+ in the summer of 2023.
