The highly anticipated third installment of the “Venom” franchise now has an official title: “Venom: The Last Dance.” Scheduled for an earlier release date on October 25, 2024, as opposed to the initially planned November 8 date, this sequel will see Tom Hardy reprising his role as Eddie Brock/Venom, the lethal protector. Joining Hardy are Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Clark Backo in undisclosed roles, adding to the intrigue surrounding the film’s plot details that remain tightly guarded.
Marking her feature directorial debut, Kelly Marcel, who also penned the screenplay based on a story she developed with Tom Hardy, will be at the helm of “Venom: The Last Dance.” The movie is produced by a team including Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, Hutch Parker, Marcel, and Hardy.
